Entrance Policy

1. Photo ID is compulsory. Driving license or Passport. (Original document only accepted). We will scan this and take a photo of you to store securely on our GDPR compliant ID Scanner.

2. Adhering to the dress code.

3. Guests should not be intoxicated nor be drinking in the queue.

4. Drugs/gas cylinders are not tollerated. If you are seen in the vicinity of the venue using drugs/gas cyliners, or quite obviously have used them, you will not be permitted entrty/re-entry to the venue. We have a Zero Tollerance towards drugs or gas.

5. You must show a good attitude towards all staff, security and guests of Lit.

6. You must be respectful of our neighbours, residents of Lendal Terrace and the surrounding areas. It is not permitted to linger outside residential properties and this will result in bans being issued against people who do so.

Venue Refund Policy

Deposits

• Non-refundable if the event is cancelled by the promoter.

• Non-refundable if authorities (e.g. police) advise the venue not to proceed with the event.

• Refundable only if at least three months’ notice is given.

• Refundable if the venue cancels the event for any reason.

Tickets

• Non-refundable if the ticketholder does not attend the event.

The venue reserves the right to cancel any event at its discretion. In such cases, deposits will be refunded.
